              Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

              The GA Program Coordinator works within the Academic Technology & Innovation team to drive learning innovations through institution-wide initiatives. This individual will work directly with the Classroom Technology teams to support classroom technology AV upgrade projects and support other team initiatives. The Program Coordinator reports to the Classroom Technology Engineer, who is responsible for AV design and upgrades of approximately 335 instructional technology classrooms. The coordinator is responsible for assisting the Classroom Technology team with AV scope development, AV inventory, data management, procurement, contractor coordination, tracking project timelines, tracking project costs, etc.

              Minimum Qualifications:

              Bachelor’s degree. Business administration, logistics, project management, etc.

              Preferences:

              Experience with system management or project management. Skills in communication, customer support, data analysis, and time management. Ability to build a good rapport across all levels within the organization. Ability to work in a busy environment and on own initiative, be self-motivated and flexible.

              Physical Demands

              Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

              Must have the ability to walk short distances to attend meetings on campus. Ability to climb 8 to 10 ft ladders. Ability to sit, stand, and kneel down for extended periods of time.
