              Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

              This is a 12-month, 0.80 FTE appointment, renewable annually and contingent on available funds. The position will facilitate activities for the Agriculture Law Education Initiative (ALEI), a collaboration among the University of Maryland College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at College Park, the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore, and the School of Agricultural and Natural Sciences at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. This position works closely with the ALEI Working Group and Media Team and Leadership Committee.

              Minimum Qualifications:

              ● Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, business, communications, environment, natural resources, or a related discipline.
              ● Experience in project management.
              ● Flexibility to travel to and work at ALEI campuses for collaborations, and to attend and participate in ALEI events.
              ● Experience with WordPress 5.
              ● Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
